datrip: tell us a little bit about your surf career.
How did you get involved in surfing?
When did you start?
Where do you want to get to?

Honk: hmm, it all began in 1999, when we went to Denmark with borrowed boards. The idea came from a buddy. That way it was for three years, just a little bit of surfing during holidays.
It took me until 2002 to get really hooked and from there I started to spend my free time with as much surfing as possible.
From then on we regularly went to Denmark or the baltic sea with a car to sleep in and a longboard.
I´m happy with that. I go surfing with guys who are doing it since a long time and to whom I look up. To go surfing with Zwanni for example always helps me to advance, ´cause we both want as many waves as possible but on the other hand are able to share.
But all in all I actually have the urge for more, more often and to be able to go out in better surf.

datrip: and finally a few standard questions:
- what are your favourite waves?
- are there travel destinations or waves that you MUST have to go to?
- any new trips planed?
- what´s your age?
- where do you live?
- what´s your profession?
- do you ave amily?

Honk:
- for a change the waves could be clean and run better, the shoulder could be higher than my hip
- And that´s why I go to California this May. This is a special destination that offers, besides the waves, the oportunity to soak in some lifestyle and get some hardware.
Otherwise I´d like to surf in southern hemisphere at least once in my life.
