According to the forecast the waves would further drop during the day and it should stay flat for the two following days until another swell would arrive. I decided to leave the peninsula and head down south to visit friends in Morbihan.
I choose to drive along the winding country roads around the bay of Duarnenez and took short stops to have a look into some of the typical churches which apparently every tiny village with more than 10 houses hosts. So, it took me a while until I reached the Pointe du Raz, where I planned a longer stop.
I have been here before some decades ago but as I have been in the area so many times now, almost everything is a repetition. In fact, the trip so far has already been sort of a tribute tour, but all these places are worth repeated visits and I often discover some more details or just enjoy being there during a different season or with different light.
