Sunday the wind had picked up as predicted and I headed to the fish factory. The waves were ok, but the place soon was way too crowded with windsurfers and kite-surfers (some of them like so often doing their gymnastics right in between all the others). I headed over to the flintstone reef again and the crowd was much lighter here. But the increasing wind was hacking the swell into something much less pleasant compared to yesterday and it looked more like survival then fun wave-sailing, and I was hesitant to get out.

I checked the forecasts again and saw, that down south the wind was forecasted in the more fun 20 to 25 knot range and decided to play the dice and head down to Hvide Sande again. Two hours later I reached the place and found the wind side-onshore and gusty but obviously stronger than Friday. I rigged up my favourite sail, the 5.0 and went out on my small wave board. The waves were nice, but I soon wished I had chosen bigger sail and board, but it was ok with small stuff despite some frequent big holes in the wind. Due to the wind direction, I only did some old-fashioned backside wave-sailing but that was fun.
