[epilogue p3]

At around seven p.m I reached the beach in Denmark that gets managed by the most surfer firendly community in the whole country. While everywhere else more and more restrictions get set up here the locals are wellcoming and donīt hesitate telling you how lucky they are about the surfers bringing live to their beach.

Two years ago one would be surfing this spot alone or with a buddy, but now you can expect to meet some more surfers in the lineup. The athmosphere is usually still very chilled and so it was this evening. The light cross - onshore winds didnīt too much harm to the hip to shoulder high waves still rolling in and the low hanging sun gave the waves a very intense green.

After a fun session we had some noodles while the last surfers entered the lineup shortly before midnight. Due to the long midsummer days one can surf 22 hours a day up here. And people make use of that.

The next morning there was still some swell left and some early birds allready had surfed a couple of hours when the last ones woke up around 9. The swell then was declining quickly, the wind turned south, the rain came back and the thrill was over. But the surfers driving back home still had the stoke imprinted in their faces.
