The second part of Saturday was wasted with onshore wind and rain. Sunday started similar and lasted like this way into the afternoon. We were already giving up hope when late in the afternoon the wind finally turned back south.
The consequence were fairly clean waves with good size and a bit of power and an exciting session that lasted until it got pitch black dark. The Underground had stood up to its reputation at last.
