Saturday morning I had a bit of a headache and it didn´t make things better that our landlord started to build a railing on the terrace above our apartments. But it was sunny and windy and I could cure my headache with a solid windsurf session at Shacks in force 6 winds and with waves of about 2 meters. At night we went to the Tamboo Too again.
Sunday morning I was a bit destroyed but Shacks cured me again with 2 to 3 meter waves and a solid force 5 to 6 breeze. At night I had just a few games of Billiard and very few beers.
Monday, March 25th was a real Monday with rain, no wind and no waves. Good to rest a little bit.
Tuesday, March 26th we sold our car for 950 $ which meant a really good deal for us. In the end we had “lost” just 50 Bucks for using the car for two months. The afternoon I spent playing Backgammon with Mark and a few too many beers.
Wednesday, March 27th was our last day on the island. We had one last fun windsurfing session before we packed our stuff in the afternoon. Marc drove us to Arecibo where we returned the borrowed surfboard and then to the airport at San Juan. We slept at the airport and checked in for our flight to Miami at 6:30 on Thursday morning.
