Bore – Borestranden
Large coastal plain framed by low hills and dunes. The west facing sandy beach is one of the largest in the area, stretching for about two and a half kilometres from a little rocky point to the south to the river mouth to the north. Large parking facilities just behind the dunes plus a surf and kite school with a little café (during summer season), a camping place and appartements to rent. Major water sports centre of the area with whole classes taking surf lessons year-round.
When the conditions align, the beach is nice for all kind of wind-related water sports and of course surfing. Works best in smaller swells and is generally beginner friendly.
