There are plenty of surf and windsurf-spots around Esperance, but maybe it was the clouds that kept the local windsurfers from hitting the water. So again I was the only one out in the refreshing or slightly cold water, enjoying the scenery and watercolors.
Unfortunately, the day of our return flight was getting closer, and to complete the 5000km with our rental car we drove up to a last session at Lancelin. Quite strange, driving along under a cloudless sky, with temperatures around 40 degrees and listening to White Christmas on the radio…at least it makes it easier to think of the madness of Xmas back home…. while having a last beer at the beach…
