Phew, what a drive. But that last piece had costed me some time. I wouldn´t make it to Stokkesness before dark.

So, I took it easy on the coast road along the fjords. After a while the sight got better and I could drive with normal speed but had almost no vision off the sea until I reached the cape at the south side of the Breiodalsvik fjord.

Here a wind from the mountains was tearing the clouds apart and created a truly magic scenery. I stopped in awe and watched the sunlit mountain top and the grey and white curtains that passed it and fell down to the sea.

I also had a look at the ocean and there were some small waves. There was still some swell. I was curious what the more exposed parts of the coast further down south would deliver.

But to get there I had to drive along other fjords. The sea was absolutely calm there with not the slightest notch of wind. Again, the scenery with the mountains and patches of fog and the mystic light of the late day were stunning.
