TThe likely result is this:
The breakwaters create backwash and destroy at least parts of the wave. For windsurfers it might become impossible to sail here because the breakwater blocks the exit of the wave and the only halfway safe channel for getting back out after a ride.
The breakwaters will interrupt the sandflow along this part of the coast and have incalculable effects on the beach in front of the hotel and beaches at the cape further south. The hotel might end with having no beach at all. The disrupted sandflow will do damage to the fragile local eco system.
The shorebreak will probably remain where it was disturbing swimmers.
At the end a precious place and class wave will be destroyed without even creating the effect, the breakwaters were meant to create.
