So back on the road and inland. I took the next possible way down to the coast to a little town with a tiny harbour. The sea was absolutely flat here. I didn´t give up and started to walk along a dirt track leading in direction of the headland.

I walked for a while until I realized that this dirt track runs for quite some distance. So I returned to the car and drove the track until the end. There was a little parking lot but it was entirely occupied by bird watchers. The sea in front of the parking was flat.

I had enough. I returned to the main road and headed straight back to the motorway. Here I had different options. Head north and check the next peninsula. Head east and see if the Baltic Sea had some waves. Get back to the first peninsula and hope for improving swell or go to that village where the current wind direction would be onshore.

As I was a bit tired from all the driving already done I decided to follow option three. At least it was almost secure that there would be some onshore waves. And the local reef was pretty good in transforming chaotic onshore-mess into something surf-able.

On the way I checked my indicator point from the morning. As expected very little was happening here.
