2019 had been a strenuous year with quite a few disruptions and some major issues going into the wrong direction. The (still) United Kingdom had “negotiated” the terms of leaving the EU in an increasingly hostile and mad manor, the Orange One on the other side of the pond had trampled over almost everything that until recently was valued in the western world while constantly uttering the most blatant lies and the climate crisis was illustrated by heavy draughts and wildfires (while still too many people continue to negate its existence).
Personally 2019 had brough too much work and too little traveling for me and I therefore was glad for the Christmas / New Year break and was hoping for a more relaxed 2020. As I and we all know now, it came different. Here´s a little recall of how I experienced this more than strange year:
